Shipping policy

We send orders from the shop at 305 Botany Road, Zetland, anywhere in Australia. We do not ship overseas.

What it costs

  • Standard, $12.95. Usually 3 to 5 business days.
  • Free standard shipping on orders of $60 and over.
  • Express, $15. Usually 1 to 2 business days.
  • Collect from the shop, free. Usually ready within 24 hours.

When it goes out

We aim to send orders within one business day. We are a hair salon and a barbershop first, so orders are packed between clients. If something is going to take longer, we will email you rather than leave you wondering.

You will get an email when your order ships.

Collecting from the shop

Choose pickup at checkout and we will email you when it is ready, usually within 24 hours. Bring your order number. You do not need an appointment to collect, and you are welcome to ask whoever is at the counter how to use what you bought.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived when you expected it, or it turns up damaged, email info@highendzhair.com.au with your order number and we will chase it up. Faulty or damaged items are covered by our refund policy and by the Australian Consumer Law.
